▪️ ဂျာအေး သူ့အမေရိုက်နေတဲ့ သံသရာတခု။ NUG ကို အမေရိကန် အစိုးရက တရားဝင် အသိအမှတ် မပြုသေးဘူး။ ဒီတော့ အမေရိကန်ဆီက တရားဝင် လက်နက်ဝယ်ခွင့်မရဘူး။ NUG ရဲ့ လက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေးကိုလည်း အားမပေးဘူး။ စကစ အကြမ်းဖက်နေတာကိုလည်း မတားဆီးနိုင်ဘူး။ NUG ကို soft power ဘက်က အားပေးပေမယ့် စကစက hard power ကို မဖြို့နိုင်ဘူး။ တဖန် NUG က hard power ရဖို့ မှောင်ခို လက်နက်ဝယ်ပြန်တော့လည်း ပိတ်ပင်နေပြန်တယ်။ တဖက်လည်း စစ်တပ်ရဲ ့ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုတွေကို တာဝန်ခံရမယ် လို့ပြောတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် by name နဲ့ တရားစွဲတာ မဟုတ်။ စကစက ဗိုလ်ချုပ် ၃ ယောက်လောက် ထိုးကြွေး ပြလိုက်ရင် ကျေနပ်မယ့် သဘောလား။

▪️ ပြောရရင် မြန်မာပြည်ကို အမေရိကန်ထားတဲ့ သဘောထားက စစ်တပ်နဲ့ NLD ပြေလည်ရေး ဆိုတာပဲ။ အမေရိကန်တွေ ပြောလေ့ရှိတဲ့ restore to democracy path ဆိုတာ အိုဘားမားနဲ့ ဟီလာရီတို့ အားပေးခဲ့တဲ့ so-called reformer သိန်းစိန် ရဲ့ ၂၀၀၈ ခြေဥလမ်းကြောင်းပဲ။ မအလက ဗွေဖောက်လို့ အမေရိကန်က ဖျင်ပြေးပိန်ကန်ပြီး so-called democracy path ပေါ် ပြန်တင်ပေးနေတာပဲ။All inclusive လို့ ပြောရင် ကျောချမ်းမိတယ်။ " All inclusive အကုန်ပါဝင်သော " ဆိုတာ စစ်တပ်ကို ပါထည့်သွင်းချင်တာလား၊ တရသ တွေ အကုန်ပါဝင်တာကို ရည်ညွန်းတာလား ဆိုတာ မကွဲပြားဘူး။ အမေရိကန်က ဘာတွေ false hope တွေရှိနေသလဲ။ သူတိူ့ကိုယ်တိုင် ဂျင်းစားမိနေတာလား။

▪️ NUG အစိုးရနဲ့ လက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေးကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုတယ်ဆိုရင် မှောင်ခိုးလမ်းကြောင်းလည်း ရှိမှာ မဟုတ်သလို အမေရိကန် ဘဏ်တွေကို ပြည်သူ့အလှူငွေတွေရောက်ာလပြီး၊ လက်နက်ကို တိုက်ရိုက်ဝယ်လို့ရလို့ ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာမှာ ဖြစ်တယ်။ အခုက ချွေးနည်းစာ ငွေဖြူကို ငွေမည်း အထင်ခံနေရတာ ပြည်သူတွေအဖို့ မိအေး ၂ ခါနာတယ်။ ဒါကို အမေရိကန်နားလည်ဖို့ လိုတယ်

▪️ လက်နက်ရောင်းဝယ်ရေး ကို ပြန်ကြည့်ရအောင်။ အင်္ဂလိပ်တွေ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ပေါ်မှာ ပုဂ္ဂလိက လက်နက်တိုက်တွေ ဖွင့်ပြီး လက်နက်ငယ်တွေ ရောင်းခဲ့တယ်။ လက်နက် ငယ် ရောင်းဝယ်ခွင့် နဲ့ လက်နက်ငယ် လိုင်စင်ဥပဒေကို ပြန်လေ့လာပြီး CRPH အနေနဲ့ လူတိုင်း လက်နက် ဝယ်ခွင့် (ဒါမမှမဟုတ်) လိုင်စင်နဲ့ ဝယ်ခွင့်၊ ရောင်းခွင့်၊ ကိုင်ဆောင်ခွင့် ဥပဒေကို ယနေ့ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဥပဒေ၊ အမေရိကန်ဥပဒေတွေဆီက စံနှုန်းနဲ့ အညီ ဥပဒေသစ်ပြဒါန်းသင့်တယ်။ ဒါဆိုရင် ဥပဒေကြောင်းအရ လက်နက်(ငယ်)ရောင်းဝယ်ခွင့်ကို NUG ခွင့်ပြုရင်၊ NUG ကိုယ်တိုင်ရော.. ( --) အခြားအဖွဲ့တွေက ဒီဥပဒေရဲ့ အကာအကါအကွယ်ရမယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် သတိပြုဖို့က ဒီဥပဒေကို စကစက အသုံးချပြီး လက်နက်တွေ ဝယ်နေမှာလည်း စိုးရတယ်။ CRPH က ဆရာဆရာမတွေ အဖွင့်နဲ့ အပိတ် ပုဒ်မကို brain storming လုပ်ကြပါဦး

When Gun Shops Once Graced Yangon

Pansodan Street, formerly known as Phayre Street, houses many significant buildings such as the Safaer buildings, Myanmar Port Authority, Irrawaddy Flotilla, and others. It’s a great location for pleasant walks along a wide avenue, immersing yourself in history.
The street got the name “Pansodan” due to the work of people living near the street. Pansodan literally means a row of houses where people practised the art of dying clothes. Later, the street was named after commissioner of Lower Burma, Sir Authur Phayre. After the street gained theatre houses on its upper blocks, it was still more popularly referred to as Pansodan. 
Less well known to many people today is that there used to be at least two shops that sold arms and ammunition on Pansodan Street.
They were Messrs Burma Arms and Ammunition, which was situated at No. 146, Phayre Street, and YE. Modan Bros Ltd which was located at No. 128, Phayre Street.
